When you use SpreadsheetConverter Java/JSP, you need to have the JDK and a webserver like Apache Tomcat installed.
You download the JDK from
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
(You need the JDK, the JRE is not enough.)
You download the webserver from
