We provide free e-mail support before your first download, during your free 30-day trial and at least six months after your purchase.

We first released SpreadsheetConverter in 2002, and have added more and more value to the product in many releases since then. We understand the complexity of working in a web environment and the many complex steps required to get a web page working on your web site – not to mention one with a live calculator.

We guarantee top-notch support. Our skilled support engineers are here to answer your e-mails. They are all programmers and web developers. Expect an answer by the next business day, often within the hour.

If you worry that this product isn’t for you, that it’s too complex or that it doesn’t solve your problems, please contact us and we will help you make the right decision. E-mail support is free even before you download the program.
After the first installation, you enter the free 30-day trial period. During this period, e-mail support is also free. We will do our best to get this running the way you want it to.
Free e-mail support is included with every purchase for at least six months after your purchase.
After six months, we reserve the right to charge for technical support. (We’ve never done that so far, so you may well have free e-mail support forever!)
