When the user presses the Submit button in one of your web forms, the form's contents are sent as an e-mail to your Inbox. Our forms-processing services require no installation, no programming skills and no configuration of your website. Once you upload your first web form to your website, submitted forms start arriving in your Inbox. You're up and running within minutes.
The Free Submit Service
You may use our Free Submit Service for all web forms you create with SpreadsheetConverter. The free service simply sends you an e-mail for every completed form, with the form fields and their values in a table.
Using the service is very simple and it takes less than a minute to get started. When you convert a spreadsheet into a smart web form, select to configure Submit and request a receiver code. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a unique receiver code that you need to paste into the SpreadsheetConverter wizard.
When your form is uploaded to the web server, users can enter data into it and submit the completed form for processing. Using the receiver code, our server determines the correct e-mail address and forwards the submitted form to your Inbox.
There is no extra charge for this service, it is included with your SpreadsheetConverter license.

The Advanced Submit Service
If you upgrade to the fee-based Advanced Submit Service, each e-mail contains a "screenshot" of the whole form, maintaining the original form layout from the web server. This makes it much easier to interpret the contents of the form.
Enclosed with the e-mail, you get the form as a PDF file, and as a comma-separated text file for easier import into Excel or other programs for post-processing of incoming form submissions.
The Advanced Submit Service can also store the submitted data in a database for later retrieval. You can sort and filter the stored form submissions in various ways. Customized reports, for example all forms that were submitted last week, can be downloaded.
