SpreadsheetConverter is an add-on to Microsoft Excel that you download from our website and install on your Windows PC. You must have both Windows and Excel to use SpreadsheetConverter.
If you are looking for an alternative to Excel, we recommend the free OpenOffice program suite. Unfortunately, SpreadsheetConverter is tightly integrated with Excel and cannot be used with OpenOffice.

After you’ve installed the program, it only shows the first twenty rows and ten columns of the first three worksheets in your spreadsheet.
The initial, limited free trial version only works for seven days. From inside the program, you can request a free 30-day trial license that unlocks the full functionality.
Please do not upload any web pages generated during the free trial period to your website. You must have a paid license to publish any web pages we help you build.
The calculations and data behind our Covid-19 risk assessment model are quite complex and without the Spreadsheet Converter we would have not been able to post the tool online in a reasonable time frame.

If the program works well for you and you want to keep using it after the trial period, you buy a lifetime license key that unlocks the program forever. There are no additional charges per month, server, web page or visitor. Updates within the same version are free.
Note that the 30-day free trial license is for the Professional edition of SpreadsheetConverter. If you purchase a Standard edition license, some of the functionality you had during the free trial period will be lost.
