I lost my license key, do I have to purchase a new license?
No, contact sales using the email address you used when you purchased, and we will send you the key.
Where is the non-trial version?
The trial version and the licensed version of SpreadsheetConverter are the same program. By entering the license key, the trial program converts itself into the full version.

 Why?

Registration of license key failed

The registration of your e-mail address and license key failed. You must use the e-mail address that you provided when you registered the license key. Ensure you have installed the right flavor, edition and version of the program.

  • The e-mail address and license key belong together. You must use the e-mail address that you provided when you registered the license key. If you no longer use that e-mail address you can still use it for registration. Please contact our Help Desk to register a different e-mail address.
  • Your license key is only valid for one flavor of SpreadsheetConverter, i.e. you cannot use a key for SpreadsheetConverter HTML if you have installed SpreadsheetConverter ASP.NET. Please make sure you have installed the correct flavor of SpreadsheetConverter.
  • The standard edition and the professional edition uses different keys. Please verify you have installed the same edition of SpreadsheetConverter that you have purchased a license for.
  • Each version of the program uses a different key. A key for version 5 will not work for version 6. A license key for version 6 works for 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 etc

How to register the license key

  1. Restart Excel.
  2. Click on the SpreadsheetConverter tab at the right end of the Excel menu to switch to the SpreadsheetConverter ribbon.
  3. Click Help.
  4. Click Product Activation.
  5. Enter the license information and the e-mail address associated with the license key. You must enter all the related license keys:
    • Your main license key for the current version.
    • For a version upgrade, the previous license key as well.
    • For an edition upgrade, also the Standard edition key.
    • For additional flavors, register their license keys, too.
  6. Press OK.
