Our ordering process is handled by Regnow, a subsidiary of Digital River. Digital River is traded on Nasdaq.
Digital River is used by many software vendors, for example Adobe and Symantec. When you purchase SpreadsheetConverter, you purchase it from Digital River. They handle all sensitive information securely, and it stays with them (we never see it).
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and for some reason cannot get hold of us, just contact Regnow and cancel the purchase. All your money will be immediatelly refunded. You can contact Regnow directly at www.regnow.com/help.html.
