You have a small business and you would like your customers to make correct and verified orders online. All you need is Excel and ExcelEverywhere.
Create your order form in Excel, with the necessary calculations for totaling the costs, added shipping costs etc. Arbitrary complex calculations, such as the handling of volume discounts can also be included.
Then, when you are ready, use ExcelEverywhere to automatically convert the spreadsheet into a web page. The resulting web page will look and function just as the original spreadsheet, and can even be used by your customers when they are off-line!
Note: ExcelEverywhere is suitable for forms containing up to 1000 products. Any larger than this and the web page starts to become slow to download. This problem can be easily be solved by splitting products over multiple web pages.

Notice that
- All values are updated directly when you leave a field
- The spreadsheet calculates the SUM of all individual items
- The shipping charge is conditional, either £20, or if the order value is larger than £100, shipping is free.
- Validation - orders of more than £300 trigger a warning message.
- The credit card type and expiry date are entered using dropdown lists.
