What is the difference between updates and upgrades?
Update: Minor update to your version, mostly bug fixes and smaller enhancements. Updates are numbered 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 etc. Updates are always for free.
Upgrade: Major update of SpreadsheetConverter. 4.0 is a update of version 3, Version 5 is an upgrade of version 4. If the update is released within 6 month of your purchase, the update is free, otherwise it costs money. Typical 50% of the full price. For example, you purchased version 3.3, and if we release version 4.0 within 6 month of your purchase, the update to version 4 is for free and you will get all upgrades for version 4 without any cost.
How do I upgrade?
If you purchased ExcelEverywhere version 1 or version 2 before 1st of December 2003, and want to upgrade to version 3, you need to purchase a upgrade. Please contact sales@spreadsheetconverter.com.
If you purchased ExcelEverywhere version 1 or version 2 after 1st of December 2003, the upgrade to version 3 is for free. You should have gotten you new license key by email. If you haven't got it, please contact sales@spreadsheetconverter.com.
