First beta of SpreadsheetConverter Flash released

We're proud to introduce our new SpreadsheetConverter Flash product. It converts an Excel spreadsheet to a single Adobe Flash file, perfect for integration with your own web site. Download the beta and see it in action!

The first beta of the Flash flavor is based on SpreadsheetConverter 5.1.24 and therefore inherits that version number. There are a few obvious omissions in the first beta:

  • For multisheet workbooks, you can only get sheet tabs; there is currently no support for advanced layouts like panels or forms wizard.
  • The Calendar advanced control is not fully supported, and we recommend that you use standard pop-up calendars when testing the beta.
  • The Rating advanced control is unsupported.

A production version of SpreadsheetConverter Flash is expected to be ready before April 2010.
