New name of Excel- Everywhere is Spreadsheet- Converter

Advanced Service: When the user press Submit, the data will be emailed to you and saved in a database

The Advanced Service handles all types of web server. You publish the form on your site and our server handles the routing of the email and saves the data in our database. You can download the collected data into Excel for further processing..

The advanced service supports several different formats. One is a flat copy of the web page as it looked when the user pressed submit. The monthly fee is $15/month.

If you want, the advanced service will store the submitted data in a database for later retrieval. Compiled reports, for example all submits made last week, can also be created and downloaded. Several formats are supported, for example Excel files.

Using the service is very simple and it takes less than 1 minute to get started. Next time you convert your spreadsheet, select to configure Submit and request a receiver code. Wait for the email with the receiver code, and then enter the receiver code into the SpreadsheetConverter wizard. Click here to read the User's Guide for more information.

The web page generated by SpreadsheetConverter is a standard web form. Thus, if you a are professional developer, you can use the generated web page together with any form solution. You only have to set the action-attribute of <form>.

Filter and download the submitted data in your browser

You can filter the data online using an Excel-like user interface. Excel's AutoFilters is supported. When you download the data, you get a nice Excel file, one row per submit, with headers and AutoFilters enabled.

The Advanced Service is part of our new SpreadsheetServer, so you can upgrade your account from Advanced Service to SpreadsheetServer later. You can test how to download into Excel using the Advanced service.

  3. Select "Simple Course Evaluation", and "All". Then, click "Save as Excel".
The differences between the Advanced Service and Hosted SpreadsheetServer are
  • If you use the Advanced Service, you host the forms, only the database is hosted by us. For the Hosted SpreadsheetServer, we host everything.
  • The SpreadsheetServer has access control to the forms. If you need that for the Advanced Service, you need to configure your web server.
  • The Advanced Service doesn't let you edit any submitted data online.
