The Advanced Submit Service
The Advanced Submit Service saves incoming forms in a database. You can download saved forms whenever you like, and in several different file formats. You can even get the whole form exactly as it looked on the server when the visitor entered data into it.
SpreadsheetConverter creates web pages from Excel spreadsheets. If you create a survey or order form in Excel, it can be published on the web as an interactive web form, allowing users to enter data into the form and submit it for processing.
If you have a spreadsheet you want to publish on the web, you can send it to us and we'll convert it to web format for you, so that you can see for yourself how easy it is to publish live, calculating forms on the web.
When the user presses the Submit button in the form, the data can be e-mailed to you or saved in a database. Our servers handle the routing of the e-mail and saves the data in a database. You can download the collected data into Excel for further processing.
If you want, the Advanced Submit Service stores the submitted data in a database for later retrieval. Compiled reports, for example all forms that were submitted last week, can also be created and downloaded. Several formats are supported, for example Excel files and direct copies of the completed form. The license fee is $15/month.
Using the service is very simple and it takes less than 1 minute to get started. Next time you convert your spreadsheet, select to configure Submit and request a receiver code. Wait for the email with the receiver code, and then enter the receiver code into the SpreadsheetConverter wizard. Click here to read the User's Guide for more information.
The web page generated by SpreadsheetConverter is a standard web form. Thus, if you a are professional developer, you can use the generated web page together with any form solution. You only have to set the action-attribute of the <form> tag in your html.
Filter and download the submitted forms
The Advanced Submit Service allows you store submitted forms in a database for later retrieval. This is extra useful when the volume of submitted forms makes it impractical to handle each form separately.
When you want to process a batch of forms, you just download all the saved forms at the same time. You can filter the data online using an Excel-like user interface. Forms can be downloaded as a spreadsheet or in several other file formats. When you download the data, you get a nice Excel file, one row per form, with headers and with AutoFilters enabled.

You can test how to download into Excel using the Advanced Submit Service.
